🔒 Product Opening Policy
All cosmetic products must NOT be opened before receiving the order. Opening the package before confirming the product condition voids any return or exchange request.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges Are Accepted Only If:
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged or defective
The customer received the wrong item
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including change of mind.
⏳ Return Request Timeframe
A return or exchange request must be submitted within 3 working days from the delivery date.
Requests after this period will not be accepted.
🚚 Shipping Responsibility (Unreceived Orders)
If a customer places an order and refuses to receive it or is unavailable at delivery:
The customer will be responsible for shipping fees
The store reserves the right to refuse future orders from that customer
📦 Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for return:
The product must be unused
In its original packaging
With no signs of opening or tampering
