You may return products to Cheopsbastet under the following conditions:

    • If the product you ordered is damaged and not available for exchange, you can return it without paying any additional shipping costs.

  2. Wrong Product Delivered:
    • If you receive a product different from what you ordered and it is not available for exchange, you can return it without paying any additional shipping costs.

General Terms

Please note the following conditions for exchanges and returns:

  1. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Cases:
    • If the product’s packaging has been opened or there is evidence of use.
    • If the product is not returned in its original packaging.
    • If the product is returned without a valid receipt or invoice.
  2. Timeframe:
    • Exchanges or returns must be requested within two days of the product’s delivery date.
  3. Shipping Costs Responsibility:
    • If the exchange or return request is valid (as per the conditions above) and the product is found to be damaged or incorrect, Cheopsbastet will bear all additional shipping costs.
    • If the product is found to be undamaged and matches the original order, the customer will bear any additional shipping costs.
  4. Order Changes or Cancellation:
